A physician with clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, and a Registered Nurse, Fidel brings a rare combination of medical and operational expertise to Enovar Holding. Prior to founding Enovar, he led companies providing well servicing operations for oil producers in Venezuela — direct, hands-on experience in the energy sector that now informs the company's expansion strategy.

A mechanical engineer (Universidad del Zulia) with over two decades of hands-on experience in Venezuela's industrial and energy sector. Larry has supervised maritime terminal and dock repair operations at the Amuay refinery (CRP), managed industrial equipment operations at Raymond de Venezuela, and served as a project engineer for Pequiven contracts at the Complejo El Tablazo. His background also includes cathodic protection systems and metal fabrication production management.

An electrical engineer (Milwaukee School of Engineering) with nearly four decades of executive experience across the world's leading oilfield services companies. Elías has held senior leadership roles at Weatherford, Baker Hughes, and Petrosema — managing multi-million dollar business units across drilling, well testing, completions, and production services throughout Venezuela and Latin America. As District Manager at Weatherford, he carried full P&L responsibility for drilling and evaluation services with revenues exceeding $10M annually and a team of over 300 people.
